Mentor program

Inspired by Mads Øvlisen, member of the Global Compact Board, the UNDP Nordic Office and the Global Compact Nordic Network launched a Mentor Program in May 2008.

The mentor program matches experienced Global Compact signatories (mentors) with less experienced ones (mentees). The purpose is to allow for the mentees to obtain inspiration and guidance on how to effectively integrate the ten principles into their daily practices and on how to carry out the Communication on Progresss (CoP).

By signing up, the mentor commits itself to arrange at least four meetings of approx. three hours within the first two years. It is, however, entirely up to the mentor and the mentee to plan when, where and how often they will meet, and agree on the priorities of their particular mentor program.

Download more information about the mentor program here or contact Helle Johansen at the UNDP Nordic Office (tel. +45 3546 7083 / 7155) or Ole Lund Hansen at DI / Global Compact Nordic Network (tel. +45 3377 3691)

To participate as a mentor or a mentee, please download and fill out one of the forms below, and send it to Helle Johansen at the UNDP Nordic Office.
